How to have a successful home buying/selling experience!

I’ve found that there are three keys to having a great real estate experience.

  1. Communication
  2. Marketing
  3. Financing

1. Communication: Nothing is more important when you are buying or selling a home than great communication from your Realtor. This is why it is listed as the first key to a successful real estate experience. The National Association of Realtors has found the largest complaint of real estate agents has been lack of communication.  This is why I offer a Communication Guarantee to all my clients. 2. Marketing: By having an aggressive and labor intensive marketing plan we can get make sure your home is exposed to the maximum number of homebuyers possible. 3. Financing: The number one reason a deal falls through is due to problems with financing. When assisting a client buying or selling a home I monitor the finance process, no matter which side of the transaction I’m on!  By being in contact with the lender from the beginning we can make head off any possible issues or last moment problems.
